Customer Satisfaction
Your satisfaction is our priority and we strive to provide a service we are proud of. Prior to commencement of works, a site visit is conducted, an official quote is submitted (often with explanatory photos) for your perusal and then your written approval to proceed is required. After completion of the works, a seperate Quality Assurance check is conducted. We follow these procedures to ensure the project is completed according to your approved quote.
